How to apply

pplicants may submit applications directly to the IEC. Applicants currently working with another service provider within the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Network (ex. Small Business Development Centers, Procurement Technical Assistance Centers, Illinois Manufacturing Extension Centers) are encouraged to continue working with their service provider to sponsor them through the process.
